To develop concrete actions to train about aspects of Panamanian folklore so that most of the Panamanian population benefits with knowledge of its folklore culture and contribute to the Cultural Development of the Nation.
Provide means for spaces for presentation and display of products and folkloric shows inside the country and stimulate the growth of emerging folkloric artists.
Provide Cultural inventories that includes organisations, artists, technicians, researchers, teachers or trainers and of national folklore spaces to preserve folklore roots as well as aspects and actors related to Panamanian folklore.
To develop research and monitoring projects and data collection of indicators and statistics related to folklore activity as a platform for project development.
Impelparticipation of artists, producers, technicians, managers, researchers and monitoring organisations in international projects for the development and projection of folklore.
To stimulate participation of co-productions, circuits, festivals and creators in national and international projects for the dissemination of different folkloric expressions.
